Enjoy a wide variety of dishes made with local ingredients in the open restaurant overlooking the slopes.

This restaurant is located in the Center House of Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area. You can enter directly from the slopes.
In addition to the standard ski resort dishes of ramen and curry to warm up one’s cold body, a wide variety of dishes are available, including hamburgers, spaghetti, pizza, unaju (rice topped with eel), and ikura donburi (bowl of rice topped with salmon roe).
In cooperation with local businesses and farms in Niseko Town, a selection of local delicacies are also available, including a set of Baumkuchen from Takahashi Farm and Lupicia tea, ice cream from Toit Vert, and ohoro GIN from Niseko Distillery, which has won the highest gold award at the World Gin Awards 2024.
At dinner time, you can enjoy a completely different culinary experience from lunchtime, with scrumptious dishes such as Jingisukan (lamb/mutton barbecue) and seafood that are all cooked on a smokeless roaster.

You can enjoy both skiing and dining to your heart’s content – use the free rest area and try the royal array of popular ski resort favorites on the menu.

The trademark of this rest facility is a large triangular sign representing Mt. Annupuri. Located at the foot of the slopes, you can step right into it once you have removed your skis or snowboard.
